摘要
目的:探讨股骨干中段骨折髓内钉固定治疗方法对骨折愈合的影响。方法:145例患者均采用髓内钉固定方法治疗,依据不同患者的具体情况采用适合的穿针方式、扩髓与否以及固定方式。结果:穿钉方式不同的手术方式中,平均出血量及感染的几率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在扩髓与否中,平均出血量和脂肪栓塞的情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);固定方式对骨折愈合情况无影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于股骨干中段骨折,特别是粉碎性骨折用髓内钉固定的手术术式是目前较为经典的手术内固定方法。
Objective： To study the treatment of intramedullary nail fixed femoral shaft middle fracture effects. Method：145 cases of internal fixation failure situation bone graft were selected, The needle method, expanding intramedullary or not and fixed way were used by depending on the patient＇s specific conditions. Result： The operation of different nail ways, the average blood loss and infection chance compared, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;in the expansion of pulp or not, the average blood loss and fat embolism comparison difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;fixed way without influence the fracture healing, and there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： For midway through femoral fractures,especially comminuted fracture with intramedullary nail fixation surgery procedures is now more classic surgical internal fixation method.
