超声引导下对异位妊娠患者进行介入治疗的有效性分析

The Effectiveness Analysis of Interventional Therapy for the Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy under the Ultrasound Guidance

目的:探讨超声引导下对异位妊娠患者进行介入治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的53例异位妊娠患者,对照组26例,观察组27例,对照组采用单次肌注MTX+口服米非司酮4粒,观察组采用超声引导下妊娠囊穿刺注射MTX+口服米非司酮4粒。结果:治疗7 d后,两组患者血清β-h CG值均有下降,观察组下降水平大于对照组;两组患者妊娠囊均缩小;观察组有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下对异位妊娠患者妊娠囊定量注射MTX介入治疗效果显著,安全性高,伤害小,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of interventional therapy for the patients with ectopic pregnancy under the ultrasound guidance.Method：53 patients with ectopic pregnancy were chosen in our hospital and divided into two groups, 26 in control group and 27 in observation group.The patients in the control group were given a single intramuscular injection of Methotrexate and 4 pieces of oral Mifepristone.The patients in the observation group were given puncture injection of Methotrexate on the gestation sac and 4 pieces of oral Mifepristone.Result：After seven- day treatment, the serum b-h CG value of the patients in the two groups declined, but it declined much more in the observation group than that in the control group.The gestation sac of the patients of both the two groups shrank.However, the efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the contrast difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The interventional therapy effect of the ectopic pregnancy patients who are given puncture injection of Methotrexate on the gestation sac and 4 pieces of oral Mifepristone is remarkable.This therapy is saver with little harm.Thus, it should be spread.
