摘要 二肽基肽酶IV(DPP-4)抑制剂作为一种新型口服降糖药,其作用机理基于葡萄糖依赖性肠促胰素,能全面降低空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc),同时减少低血糖发生和体重增加的风险,具有保护胰岛β细胞、可能延缓疾病进程、安全性良好等治疗优势。本文对DPP-4抑制剂的药效学、药代动力学特点及安全性做一综述。 Dipeptide peptidase IV(DPP- 4) inhibitors as a novel oral hypoglycemic agents, glucose-dependent mechanism of action based on incretin, can reduce the overall three key indicators(fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin), while reducing the risk of hypoglycemia and weight gain, with the protection of islet function, may delay disease progression, good safety and other therapeutic advantage.In this article the pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic characteristics and security of DPP 4 inhibitors were reviewed.
