成骨细胞向脂肪细胞和骨细胞分化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 成骨细胞和脂肪细胞共同来源于骨髓基质干细胞,在一定条件下两者可以相互转化。骨细胞是由嵌入骨基质的成骨细胞分化而来,但在研究骨细胞功能时发现骨细胞有去分化为成骨细胞的趋势。本文结合最新研究,简要介绍成骨细胞、骨细胞和脂肪细胞与它们关键性基因的相关性,着重叙述成骨细胞向脂肪细胞横向分化及可能机制,同时叙述了成骨细胞向骨细胞分化相关研究,供同行参考、借鉴。 Osteoblasts and adipocytes are derived from bone marrow stromal cells. Both of them have transdifferentiation each other under a certain condition. Osteocytes are differentiated from osteoblasts embedded in the bone matrix, but found in research of bone cell function, osteocytes have the tendency to dedifferentiate into osteoblasts.This paper introduces the correlation of osteoblasts, osteocytes, adipocytes and their key genes combined with the latest research,and emphasizes the differentiation from osteoblasts into adipocytes and its possible mechanism, and it also narrates the research of differentiation from osteoblasts into osteocytes for reference to the colleagues.
