With the development of internationalization of higher education, it is necessary to manage and educate student party members in a targeted way. We should establish the sound party organization, improve the system, broaden the educational channel, lead the student party members with the correct way, and cultivate them with effective methods. So that the party organization can play a key role in managing the students abroad, and the cooperative education between China and ASEAN countries can be developing smoothly.
