透明质酸钠在膝关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的效果

Effect of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by knee arthroscopic

目的探讨透明质酸钠在膝关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的效果。方法选择80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施膝关节镜下治疗膝关节骨性关节炎。观察组在对照组的基础上给予透明质酸钠。比较两组的近期和远期效果。结果观察组的近期、远期总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠能够提高膝关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by knee arthroscopic. Methods 80 cases with knee joint osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was implemented the arthroscopic treatment of knee arthroscopic,the observation group was given sodium hyaluronate on the basis of the control group.The short and long term curative effect in two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the short and long term in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate can improve the clinical effect of arthroscopic in the treatment of knee arthroscopic,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
