微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的效果观察

Effect observation of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fracture

目的探讨微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的76例上肢骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规钢板固定,实验组采用微创下内固定术。比较两组的手术情况和恢复情况、Harris评分及术后并发症发生率。结果实验组的术中出血量、愈合时间以及平均可负重时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的Harris评分优秀率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创下内固定术治疗上肢骨折效果显著,可以减少术中出血量,减轻疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,加快愈合,利于患者术后的功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fracture. Methods 76 cases with upper limb fracture in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given the traditional steel plate fixation,the experimental group was given minimally invasive internal fixation.The situation of surgery and recovery,Harris scores and the incidence of postoperation complication in two groups was compared. Results Intraoperatve blood loss,healing time and the load time of the experimental group was lower than that the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of Harris score after treatment in the experimental group was higher than that the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperation complication in the experimental group was lower than hat the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of upper limb fracture is significant,can reduce the amount of bleeding,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of postoperation complication,accelerate healing,which is beneficial to postoperative functional recovery.
