阴式子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of vaginal hysteromyoma decollement in the treatment of uterine myoma

目的探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析2011年6月~2014年6月入本院行阴式子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗的62例患者的临床资料,记录并评价手术效果指标、术后发热相关因素及随访情况。结果患者未发生术中器官损伤等并发症,无中转开腹、术中及术后输血病例。共有8例术后出现发热,平均体温为38.6℃,术后无发热54例,发热组与无发热组患者的手术时间、术中失血量和肌瘤质量比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在具备手术适应证和熟练手术操作技巧的情况下,阴式子宫肌瘤剥除术是一种有效、安全和经济的术式,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of vaginal hysteromyoma decollement on treating uterine myoma. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients undergone vaginal hysteromyoma decollement in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The surgical effect index,related factors on postoperative fever,and conditions of follow-up visit were recorded and evaluated. Results There were no complications like intraoperative organic damage,conversion to laparotomy,or blood transfusion during and after surgery.Eight patients presented with postoperative fever,at an average of 38.6℃,and the rest didn′t occur with fever.There were statistical differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and quality of myoma（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Under the conditions of meeting surgical indexes and being proficiently familiar with surgical performance skills,vaginal hysteromyoma decollement is a effective,safe,and economical surgical method,which has a higher clinical application value.
