摘要
目的研究Cook球囊联合缩宫素在促宫颈成熟及引产中的应用效果。方法选取本院2013年5月~2014年5月收治的有引产指征的产妇100例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组则采用Cook球囊联合缩宫素引产,对照组采用单纯缩宫素引产,比较两组的宫颈成熟率、总产程、自然分娩率、剖宫产率及新生儿状况。结果引产前,两组的宫颈Bishop评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),引产后,实验组的宫颈Bishop评分及宫颈成熟率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组的总产程显著短于对照组(P〈0.05),自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);两组的新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论针对合适的引产人群,Cook球囊联合缩宫素能有效地促进宫颈成熟、缩短总产程、提高自然分娩率、降低剖宫产率,是一种有效、简单且安全的方法。
Objective To study application effect observation of Cook balloon combined with oxytocin for promoting cervical ripening and induced labor. Methods 100 puerperae with induced labor indication treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given Cook balloon combined with oxytocin for induced labor,the control group was given oxytocin only.The rate of cervical ripening,total duration of labor,the rate of natural birth,the rate of cesarean section and neonatal condition between the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical difference in cervical Bishop score before induced labor between the two groups(P〈0.05),cervical Bishop score and the rate of cervical ripening in the experimental group after induced labor were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05);the total duration of labor in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P〈0.05), the rate of natural birth was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05),the rate of cesarean section was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05),there was no statistical difference of incidence rate of neonatal Apgar score between the two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion Targeted on the appropriate induced labor, Cook balloon combined with oxytocin may effectively improve cervical ripening,shorten total duration of labor,increase the rate of natural birth,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and it is an effective,simple and safe method.
