宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的效果观察

Effect observation of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure combined interferon gel treaing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的分析宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素凝胶治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的效果。方法选择2012年11月~2013年11月在本院接受住院治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变患者112例作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将所有入组患者分为接受单纯宫颈环形电切术治疗的对照组、接受宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素凝胶治疗的观察组。比较两组的免疫球蛋白及T细胞亚群水平、HPV-DNA转阴率。结果观察组治疗后的血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋水平高于对照组,CD8＋水平低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后6、12个月的HPV-DNA转阴率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素凝胶可以有效提高患者的免疫功能、降低HPV-DNA感染率。

Objective To analyze the effect of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure（LEEP） combined interferon gel treaing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. Methods 112 patients with CIN treated in our hospital from November2012 to November 2013 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into the control group（receiving simple LEEP treatment） and observation group（receiving LEEP combined interferon gel treatment） according to the random number table method.Immunoglobulin,T cell subgroup level and the negative conversion ratio of HPV-DNA in the two groups were compared. Results Serum Ig G,Ig A,Ig M,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋level after treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group respectively;CD8＋level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The negative conversion ratio of HPV-DNA after 6,12 months treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion LEEP combined interferon gel can improve patients′ immune function,reduce HPV-DNA infection rate.
