阿奇霉素静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的效果观察

Effect observation of azithromycin for intravenous dripping combined with budesonide for atomization inhalation treating bronchial asthma

目的探讨阿奇霉素静脉滴注联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法将本院2013年2月~2014年12月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患者67例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组33例给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组34例在对照组基础上加用阿奇霉素（静脉滴注）,观察其临床疗效。结果观察组的临床控制率、显效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后的肺功能指标改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组均未发生明显的不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘可以充分发挥药物功效,降低不良反应发生率,实现最佳的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of azithromycin for intravenous dripping combined with budesonide for atomization inhalation treating bronchial asthma. Methods 67 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2014 were divided into the observation group and control group.33 patients in the control group were given budesonide suspension for atomization inhalation,while 34 patients in the observation group were given azithromycin on the basis of the control group,the curative effect was observed. Results Clinical control rate,markedly effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group reapectively（P〈0.05）,disappeared time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）;the improvement of lung function index after treatment in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group reapectively（P〈0.05）;there was no obviously adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide treating bronchial asthma can make full use of the efficacy of drug,and decrease the incidence rate of adverse reaction to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
