摘要 以6m3轨道式混凝土搅拌运输车为例,介绍了搅拌车结构组成,借助AMESim软件对搅拌车液压系统进行了仿真,分析了搅拌车在不同工况下液压系统的压力、流量、溢流量以及液压元件的输出转矩等重要参数,得出了在不同工况以及工况之间转换时这些参数的变化规律。同时,对液压系统在不同的换向时间下进行了仿真,得出了一组马达扭矩变化曲线,通过对比分析可知换向阀最佳的换向时间为3s。 The 6m3 track type concrete mixing truck taken for example,the structure of the mixing truck is introduced. With the software AMESim,the hydraulic system of the mixing truck is simulated. Important parameters of the mixing truck,such as hydraulic system pressure,flow rate,relieved flow,output torques of hydraulic components under various work conditions,are analyzed. The regular of these parameters under various conditions or when conditions switched are obtained. At the same time,the hydraulic system is simulated in different directionchanging times,and a group of motor torque curves are obtained. Through the comparison,it is concluded that the best direction-changing time of directional valve is 3s.
