摘要
为研究在大型飞机结构疲劳试验中摩擦力对阀控非对称缸输出力的影响,建立了输出力的数学模型,分析计算了阀控非对称缸在换向时作动缸输出力的变化。应用AMESim仿真软件对系统进行了仿真,得到了输出力在摩擦力影响下的曲线,验证了理论推导。最后采用差动控制回路降低了输出力因摩擦力产生的振荡。该研究为在大型飞机结构疲劳试验中使用的非对称缸设计提供了参考。
Aiming to research the influence of friction force on the output force on asymmetrical cylinder controlled by the servo valve in the large aircraft structure fatigue test,we establish the mathematical model of output force.The output force of the cylinder reversed is calculated. Curves of output force under friction forces are obtained by simulation with AMESim to verify the theoretical derivation. Finally applying reduces the oscillation of output force resulted from the friction force is reduced after the differential control circuit is applied. This research will provide a reference to design of the asymmetric cylinder used in the large aircraft structure fatigue test.
