摘要
针对液压支架立柱试验台液压系统进行研究,应用AMESim仿真软件对液压系统的物理模型进行了搭建,并对系统的动态特性进行了仿真及分析。得出了系统增压过程中增压缸高、低压腔压力随时间变化的曲线和增压缸活塞位移随时间变化的曲线以及在油液不同体积弹性模量下立柱活塞腔的压力随时间变化的曲线。通过优化仿真参数,改进了增压缸的主要技术参数(缸径、最大行程、油液的体积弹性模量),有效地提高了增压缸的增压效率。
To study the hydraulic system of hydraulic support legs test-bed,the physics model of hydraulic system is built based on the simulation software AMESim,and the dynamic simulation of the system is carried out. During pressurization of the system,the high and the low pressures in chambers of the pressurized cylinder versus time curves and the booster piston displacement versus time curve are obtained. With different fluid bulk modulus,curves of the pressure in the piston chamber of column versus time are obtained. Through analyzing the simulation results and optimizing the simulation parameters,we improve the main technical parameters of pressurized cylinder( bore,stroke,fluid bulk modulus) and the boost efficiency of pressurized cylinder effectively.
