摘要
传统的电动作动器依靠丝杠传递载荷,作动器的应用范围因功率问题受到限制。针对此问题,提出一种新型电动作动器,它采用丝杠传动——液压助力的方式工作,有效解决了电动作动器的功率问题。比较分析两种控制策略下作动器的控制精度,并对作动器的机液耦合性能进行了研究,验证了作动器的可行性和可靠性。
The traditional electric actuator transfers load by screw,but its power limits its application area. A new kind of electric actuator is put forward by screw transferring and hydraulic assisting,which can solve the power problem of electric actuator effectively. We compare and analyze the control precision of the actuator under two control strategies,and study the coupling performance of mechanical and hydraulic of the actuator,which validated the feasibility and reliability of the actuator.
