摘要
为减轻六自由度电动运动平台电动缸的负载,提高平台的承载能力,在六自由度电动运动平台系统中加入气悬浮支撑系统。详细阐述了气悬浮支撑系统的组成和工作原理,给出了气悬浮支撑系关键部件气动缸的有关技术参数,最后提出了在六自由度电动运动平台工作过程中,气悬浮支撑系统的使用方法及注意事项。
An air-suspending sustentation system is added into the 6-DOF electric motion platform system for reducing the load and increasing the bearing capacity of the platform. This paper gives a detailed description to the composition and working principle of air-suspending sustentation system. The related technical parameters of pneumatic cylinder as the key parts of air-suspending sustentation system are given in this paper. The operation method and points for attention of air-suspending sustentation system are proposed in the work process of 6-DOF electric motion platform finally.
