摘要
主要阐述了使用过程中焦炭塔(塔-1/3、塔-1/4)裙座与下锥封焊缝出现多处裂纹、32个裙座柔性槽上部全部开裂和上球封与支座垫板焊缝发现多处开裂的检验方法,分析了裂纹产生的原因并提出处理意见。同时介绍了查找易减薄部位方法,分析减薄产生的原因,最后给出了对这些问题的合理处理方法。检测发现了严重减薄现象,筒体、封头由原始制造壁厚26 mm,减至局部最小壁厚15.5 mm,分析认为这是由于焦炭塔本体外的垫板、支腿和上平台等原因引起的腐蚀减薄导致的。
The examination methods for the crackings in the welds between skirts of coker drum- 1 /3 and coker drum- 1 /4 and lower conical seal,the crackings on 32 flexible groves of skirts and crackings on the welds between upper conical seal and support boarding pad are described. The root causes of cracking are analyzed and field treatment measures are proposed. How to locate the thinning location is discussed. The thinning culprits are analyzed and appropriate treatment techniques are given. The thickness of cylindrical body and head is reduced from 26 mm to 15. 6 mm,which is the serious thinning problem. The study concludes that the thinning is the result of corrosion.
