提高内蒙古自治区新农合补偿效果的对策研究

The Policy Suggestion for Improving the Effect of Reimbursement in Inner Mongolia

新型农村合作医疗是惠及广大农民的一项国策,如何提高"新农合"的补偿效果,使得农民切实得到实惠,是卫生部门所面临的一个重要难题。针对存在的问题,从基金筹集、补偿机制和人才队伍建设等方面提出提高"新农合"补偿效果的政策建议。

New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme（ NRCMS） is a national policy which benefits a lot of farmers. Trying to improve the NRCMS＇s effect of reimbursement and let the farmers get real benefits,which is an important problem for health department. This study proposes the policy suggestion of how to improve the NRCMS＇s effect of reimbursement in six major areas which are raising funds,compensation mechanism and talents building and so on.
