The Art of the Communication in the Doctor- patient Relationship

医患关系是医疗过程中产生的一种人际关系,医患沟通也因医疗活动的开始而发生,并贯穿整个医疗过程。随着医学模式向生物——心理——社会医学模式转变,医患关系的内涵更加丰富,共同参与型的医患关系模式也逐渐成为趋势。医患关系的现实问题对医患沟通提出了新的要求。本文结合PAC理论、人际沟通模式,对医患关系进行阐述,提出倾听、共情、情感账户与尊重需求等沟通方法,最终营造和谐的医患氛围。

The doctor- patient relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship occurring in the process of health care,doctor- patient communication is also happened when the medical treatment activity occurred,and throughout the whole medical process. As the medicine pattern transforming to the biological- psychology- social medical model,the connotation of the doctor- patient relationship been richer,and the participative model of doctor- patient relationship together also gradually becomes a trend. Problems in the doctor- patient relationship of doctor-patient communication put new requirements. Combining with the theory of PAC,the interpersonal communication theory and so on,this article gives a statement of the doctor- patient relationship,puts forward to communication methods,such as listening,respecting,empathy,emotional account and so on. By these methods,then patients as the center may realized,and equality,cooperation between patient and physician,harmonious doctor- patient atmosphere also been possible.
