摘要
医学院校身教德育观的建构和培育直接影响着医德文化的传承和医学生的培养质量。明确身教德育观的内涵及其以行示人、以行感人和以行教人的原则,提出医学院校需要紧跟时代、与时俱进,从理论维度、文化维度、制度维度和社会维度等方面建构符合时代需求的身教德育利益观、身份观和医学职业道德观。创新实践是身教德育观的培育路径。
Construction and cultivation of moral teaching view by example in medical colleges directly affects the heritage of medical ethics culture and the quality of medical students. The meaning of moral teaching view by example was clarified. It was noted that moral teaching by example should followed the principles of demonstrating by practice,touching by practice and teaching by practice. By following and advancing with the times,the construction of benefit view,identity view and medical professional ethics of Moral teaching by example should satisfy the need of the era. It should be constructed from the following four dimensions which are theoretical dimension,cultural dimension,system dimension and social dimension. It was finally pointed out that innovative practice is the cultivation path of moral teaching view by example. By taking Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,the practice of moral teaching by example was explored,and it can be referenced by other medical colleges.
