摘要
嘉兴煤矿5#煤层为难抽采突出煤层。为了保证1 800 m水平主井迅速安全地揭露并穿过5#煤层,该矿采用水力冲孔技术对揭煤地点的煤层进行增透处理。矿井严格搜集水力冲孔期间的瓦斯抽采技术参数,并进行科学评价,实现了利用水力冲孔技术快速揭煤的目的,保证了主井安全迅速揭开5#煤层。
5#coal seam in Jiaxing Coal Mine was outburst coal seam difficult to be drained. In order to ensure the 1 800 m horizontal main shaft can be exposed and go through 5#coal seam quickly and safely, the hydraulic punching technology was used to treat coal seam in uncovering coal location. Coal mine strictly collected gas extraction technology parameters during the gas extraction and made scientific evaluation. The purpose for using hydraulic punching technology to uncover coal was achieved,which ensured the main shaft rapidly and safely uncovered the 5#coal seam.
