摘要
采煤机调高系统故障在煤矿器械故障中发生概率比较高。分析了MG250/571WD采煤机在运行中存在的主要问题,总结为调高系统结构设计不合理,并针对调高系统结构这一现状进行设计改制,去掉不必要部件,改内置式为外部管路控制,实践证明对于MG250/571WD采煤机调高系统的设计改制具有可行性,减少了调高系统故障和维修检修工作量,可作为其它型号采煤机调高系统改制的参考。
The probability of height adjusting system failure of shearer in mine equipment failures is relatively high. This paper analyzed the main problems of MG250/571 WD shearer in the operation, and found that the main reason is the height adjusting system’s design is unreasonable. According to this situation, the height adjusting system architecture is redesigned and restructured,and unnecessary parts were removed, and change the built-in style to external pipeline control. It is proved that height adjusting system’s design and restructuring of MG250/571 WD shearer is feasible, which can reduce height adjusting system failures and maintenance repair work, and can provide a reference for height adjusting system restructuring of shearers of other models.
