《军事体育训练改革发展纲要》的颁发,是具有划时代意义的重大举措。因应军事体育训练改革的新态势新要求,分析了加强军事体育人才队伍建设的强劲需求;阐释了加强军事体育人才队伍建设的重要举措,提出了加强军事体育人才队伍建设的时代担当。
With the releasing of ＂The Outline of Military Physical Training Reform and Development＂, it is a vital measure with e- poch - making significance. The article analyzes the great needs of strengthening the construction and interprets the measures propos- ing the responsibility of military physical talents construction to meet the new condition.
