摘要 在深入推进通信兵初级任职院校教学改革的过程中,抓住"联教联训"合力育人这一重要形式,探究"联合筹划、联合导调、联合保障、联合考评、联合攻关"的"五联"组织模式,着眼盘活资源,开放办学,为通信兵初级任职院校教学向部队靠拢提供新的理论支撑和实践依据。 During the process of deepening the teaching reform of primary Communications force professional education academy, it should grasp the important form of "joint teaching, joint training and co- cultivating talented personnel ", exploring the "Five Joint" organizing mode of "joint plan, direct and control, joint evaluation, joint tackle key problem ", focusing on "integrate and reallocate resources, open education", providing new theoretical support and practical basis for closing the teaching of primary Communications force professional education academy to troops.
