摘要
目的:研究救必应水提液对小鼠肝脏病理损害的治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖构建小鼠急性肝损伤模型,研究救必应水提液的保肝作用。结果:救必应水提液能降低D-氨基半乳糖实验性肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,降低小鼠肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,改善小鼠肝组织病理改变。结论:救必应水提液能抑制D-氨基半乳糖产生自由基造成的脂质过氧化反应,从而起到保护肝脏的作用。
Objective：To study the the efficiency of water extract of Ilex rotunda Thund on protection hepatocytes from acute injury in animal model.Methods：The acute hepatic injury model was made by by injection of D-aminogalactose to study the liver protection of water extract of Ilex rotunda Thund.Results：Elevated serum ALT,GST activity in D-aminogalactose liver injury model were reduced by water extract of Ilex rotunda Thund.Water extract of Ilex rotunda Thund reduced MDA level and incrseaed SOD activity in hepatocytes in D-aminogalactose liver injury model significantly.Conclusion：the liver protection of water extract of Ilex rotunda Thund is contected to the function of inhibitory effect of lipid peroxidation induced by D-aminogalactose.
