Study on Fingerprints of Flos Lonicerea from Different Regions

目的:采用指纹图谱技术对不同产地金银花药材进行分析比较,为金银花药材质量的综合评价奠定基础。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱,流动相为0.5%冰醋酸水溶液(A)—乙腈(B)梯度洗脱,波长为327nm,对14种不同产地金银花药材进行测定,建立金银花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱;采用程度相似度计算法,结合聚类分析对金银花药材进行比较,评价其质量和品质。结果:对14种金银花药材进行测定,建立金银花药材指纹图谱,并确定14种不同产地金银花药材的18个共有峰,且14种金银花药材的指纹图谱相似度在0.9以上。结论:不同产地金银花药材的指纹图谱存在明显差异,又存在一定程度的相关性,为金银花的质量考察、品种鉴定及划分提供参考依据。

Objective：Fingerprint technology was used to analyze Flos Lonicerea from different regions,which lay a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of Flos Lonicerea＇s quality.Methods：Using the Agilent TC-C18 chromatographic column,mobile phase is 0.5%acetic acid aqueous solution（A）-acetonitrile（B）,gradient elution,wavelength 327 nm.Under this condition,to analyze the 14 Flos Lonicerea from different regions and establish their fingerprints.And the degree of similarity calculation method combined with clustering analysis was adopted to analyze the drugs to evaluate their quality.Results：14Flos Lonicerea from different regions were determined and the fingerprints were established.18 common peaks were found and the similarity of the 14 species was above 0.9.Conclusion：The fingerprint of Flos Lonicerea herbs from different regions presence obvious differences and a certain degree of correlation,which provide certain reference for the quality investigation,species identification and classification of Flos Lonicerea.
