中药配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症58例临床观察

Research of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Treatment on the Lumbar Intervertebral Disci Protrusion

目的:观察中药配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取58例腰椎间盘突出症患者,取足太阳经穴为主,配合局部取穴和经验效穴针灸,辅助补养肝肾、宣痹活络之中药汤剂调治。结果:58例患者经过治疗,治愈32例,好转23例,无效3例。结论:足太阳经取穴配合局部、经验效穴,辅以补肾壮筋汤是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Observe curative effect of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture treatment to the lumbar intervertebral disci protrusion.Methods：There are 58 example meeting standards in our hospital.To acupuncture points in Taiyang meridian,plus points in part and experience points,and take chinese medicine of nourished liver and kidney,xuan bi loose.Results：There are 32 example in mend,23 example in provement,3example in ineffectiveness.Conclusion：The effectivemethods to cure the protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci is to acupuncture points in Taiyang meridian,plus points in part and experience points and take the chinese medicine.
