眩晕汤治疗眩晕症临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Vertigo Decoction in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的:分析探讨眩晕汤在眩晕症临床治疗中的疗效。方法:选取200例眩晕症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组患者应用曲克芦丁以及西比灵进行治疗,观察组患者应用自拟眩晕汤进行治疗。治疗20天后,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为98.0%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眩晕汤治疗眩晕症具有确切的效果,可有效改善患者的症状,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect analysis of vertigo Decoction in the treatment of vertigo.Methods：Patients of 200 cases were selected as the research object,randomly as control group and observation group,each group of 100 cases.20days after treatment,compared two groups of patients treatment effect.Results：After the treatment,patients in the control group the total effective rate（75.0%）to the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the total efficiency（98.0%）,compare two groups of curative effect,difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：With the exact effect of clinical treatment of vertigo Decoction in vertigo,can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms,and promote an early recovery of patients,it is worth to be popularized and applied in clinical research and treatment.
