摘要
以云南省第十一轮甘蔗品种区域化试验15个品种5个参试点2年新植、1年宿根的甘蔗产量、甘蔗含糖为研究对象进行基因与环境互作研究。通过方差、相关性和聚类分析表明,甘蔗品种(基因)与环境互作效应最大,其次是甘蔗品种效应值;相关性分析和聚类分析为云南蔗区的品种引进和布局提供了依据。
Data of cane yield and sugar content from fifteen sugarcane varieties at five sites in Yunnan regional trials with 2 year planting and 1 year ratoon were evaluated by ANOVA, and genetic correlation and cluster for genotype(G) and environment(E) interactions were analyzed. The results showed that G and E interaction was as the main source of trials; genetic correlation and cluster analysis provided the basis of introduction and distribution for the sugarcane planting areas in Yunnan.
