Entering into WTO, Bringing A New Idea to the Adult Education

成人教育是与经济变革和社会发展关系最密切的教育类型。入世后,势必对成人教育构成诸多直接或间接的影响,给成人教育带来空前的挑战和发展机遇。要促进中国成人教育的可持续发展,就要确立更加鲜明的指导思想。利用先进的信息技术,构造先进的学习体系;建立高素质的成人教育工作者和志愿者队伍;根本改革原有的成人教育管理体制;确立市场经济条件下的管理原则,体系框架;按照产业化经营运作;充分利用多种教学资源,不断探索成人教育的新途径。

Adult education is a kind of education styles which is related closely to the economic reform and social development. After China entered into WTO many direct or indirect influences on the adult edu-cation. It also brings a great challenge and development opportunity. To enhance the sustainable development of adult education in China, we must have a more clear idea including using the advanced information tech-nology, building an advanced learning system, forming a high-qualified staff and volunteer's team, changing the original adult educational management system, setting up a management principle and systematic frame according to the market economical performances, using various teaching resources, and exploring con-stantly new way of adult education.
