摘要 针对钢铁生产需要对其生产过程中排放的烟气温度与压力进行有效监测的情况,采用32位高性能单片机STM32、高精度温度与压力传感器和3G无线传输模块等设计了钢厂烟气温度与压力监测系统,对钢厂排放烟气的温度与压力进行实时数据采集、数据远传、数据存储和数据显示。阐述了基于STM32的钢厂烟气温度与压力监测系统的结构和工作原理,重点介绍了系统硬件的设计思想,同时给出了部分软件流程。实践表明,基于STM32的钢厂烟气温度与压力监测系统能稳定可靠地工作,达到预期效果。 The high- performance 32- bit microcontroller STM32,high- precision temperature sensors and pressure sensors and 3G wireless transmission module were used to design steel flue gas temperature and pressure monitoring system. The system realized real- time emissions data collection,data remote data storage as well as data display of steel flue gas temperature and pressure. The structure and principle of steel flue gas temperature and pressure monitoring system was introduced and then the hardware was designed. Parts of the software process were presented. Practice certifies that the steel flue gas temperature and pressure monitoring system based on STM32 can work stably and reliably.
