电动汽车用电流熔断器的选型与试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 将电动汽车中的高压回路进行集成,提出了高压配电系统的概念,在高压配电系统中,为了防止电动汽车在出现过电流和短路故障时,主驱动高压回路与附件回路相互影响,甚至对动力电池造成损坏,每个高压回路设置单独的电流熔断器。针对纯电动公交车开发的高压配电系统在实车运行中出现的高压故障现象进行分析,通过对高压配电系统中的电流熔断器进行试验设计和试验研究,得出了电动汽车用电流熔断器的选型计算方法和注意事项,为电动汽车用电流熔断器的标准化提供了参考意见。 The concept of high- voltage distribution systems was proposed when the high- voltage circuit in electric vehicles was integrated. When over- current and short- circuit faults occur in electric vehicles,each high- voltage circuits in high-voltage distribution system should be set up a separate current fuses to preventing the main drive high voltage circuit interacting with accessorial circuits,and even damaging to the battery. The high- voltage faults phenomenon appearing in the high- voltage distribution system of the running pure electric vehicles was discussed. Based on test design and experimental research on the current fuse in the high- voltage distribution system,the calculation method and the selection of current fuse for the electric vehicles were figured out. It provided a reference for the standardization of the electric vehicles with current fuse.
