慢性乙型肝炎合并原发性胆汁性肝硬化1例 被引量：3

摘要 1病例患者女性,52岁,因＂间断身、目、尿黄近5月＂,于2013年1月11日以：＂慢性乙型肝炎＂经门诊收入我科住院。既往史：乙肝病毒携带20年,手、足湿疹伴皮肤瘙痒1年;无其他病史。2012年8月25日因＂身、目、尿黄半月＂第1次住我科,HBV DNA定量为1.0×104IU/ml;甲、丙、戊型肝炎病毒感染标志物阴性;肝脏彩超示慢性肝病声像图;肝功能示ALT 154U/L,
