摘要 针对特定小型搅拌设备采用DCS控制系统投资大、设备浪费严重,简单的PLC控制系统无法友好显示的缺点与不足问题,提出基于MCGS的搅拌设备计算机控制系统设计。其控制系统以PLC为核心,PC为上位机,PLC通过专用通信线和上位机通信。利用PLC实现对搅拌设备控制对象的自动控制,利用MCGS组态软件实现对整个系统运行的实时监控。结果表明:该控制系统运行稳定可靠,实现了设计所要求的控制目标与功能,满足聚丙烯催化剂搅拌设备的实际运行条件。 According to some problems of shortcomings such as large investment,serious waste of the specific small stirring equipment adopts DCS control system and simple PLC control system not friendly display,design of computer monitoring system based on MCGS for the stirring equipment is put forwarded. The control system adopts PLC as the core service,PC as host computer,PLC realizes communication with the host computer through a dedicated communication lines. By using PLC to realize the automatic control of stirring equipment controlled objects,using configuration software MCGS to realize the real- time operation monitoring of the whole system. The results show that: the system is stable and reliable during running,the design required of control objectives and functions are achieved,the actual operating conditions of polypropylene catalyst stirring equipment is fulfilled.
