摘要
针对锂离子电池由于单体电池电压较低通常串联使用,串联锂离子电池组在多次充放电后产生的不均衡问题,提出一种基于BQ78PL116的Power Pump均衡电路。该均衡电路使串联电池组中电压高的电池对电感进行充电,然后电感放电给电压低的电池,从而达到维持电池组均衡的目的。通过对Power Pump电路的工作原理进行分析,说明此芯片具有结构简单,控制方便,快速有效等优点。该芯片应用在井下后备电源管理系统中,不仅能够延长电池寿命,更能提高管理系统的运行效率。
For lithium- ion battery due to the low monomer battery voltage is usually used in series,series lithium- ion battery pack after repeated charge- discharge generated imbalanced problem,put forward a kind of based on BQ78PL116 Power Pump balance circuit. The balanced circuit makes the high voltage battery of the series battery to charge to inductor,then discharge to the low voltage battery,so as to achieve the aim of maintenance the battery pack balanced. Through the analysis of the Power Pump circuit operation principle,the chip has the advantages of simple structure,easy to control,fast and efficient. The chip used in underground backup power management system,not only can extend battery life,more can improve the efficiency of the management system.
