GMAW用焊材复验技术

Study on the retest technique of welding material for GMAW

在化学分析、RT检测、全焊缝金属拉伸实验、冲击等实验基础上,分析了影响焊材复验结果的各种因素,并从保护气体、焊接规范参数以及母材与焊材的匹配性选择等方面给出了具体解决方法,为GMAW焊材复验工作提供了实用的技术方案。

Based on chemical analysis, RT, all-weld-metal tensile test and impact test, various factors that influence the retest result of welding material are analyzed in this paper,and the solutions to the choice of shielding gas,welding procedure parameters and the matching selection of base material and welding material are given,which will provide practical technical solution for retest work of welding material for GMAW.
