摘要
面对我国城市天然气需求缺口的不断增大,煤制天然气(SNG)的产量逐年增加的现状,将煤制天然气作为补充气源供应城市燃气系统成为行业关注的焦点。而煤制天然气能否在民用燃气具上直接使用,成为煤制天然气应用过程中最为关键的步骤。从国内煤制天然气产品质量出发,参照国外煤制天然气产品质量波动,研究给出了国内生产的煤制天然气气质组分的波动范围。以此为基础,对比气质的波动范围与现行天然气相关标准的一致性,评价煤制天然气气质的适应性;对比煤制天然气与现有天然气在燃气灶具、热水器与采暖两用炉的安全性、热工性能和极端压力工况下燃具排放性能等指标,评价燃具对煤制天然气的适应性。研究结果表明,煤制天然气产品满足天然气行业现行相关质量标准的要求和燃气可互换的规定,所有燃具在煤制天然气气氛下,燃烧性能稳定、热工性能和烟气排放良好,给定的煤制天然气能够适应燃气具的使用要求,在民用燃气应用领域可以作为直接替代常规天然气的气源使用。
In face of the shortage of natural gas supplement and the growth of synthetic natural gas(SNG) production capability,SNG became the focus of city gas industry as an alternative source to supply the city gas system, and whether the SNG could be used directly on domestic gas appliances would be the most critical factor in the process of application. Combining with the domestic SNG quality and abroad SNG quality fluctuation, the range of components of the domestic SNG was given, based on which, the adaptability of SNG was evaluated by contrasting the range of components of the domestic SNG with the requirements of components of current natural gas related standards, and the adaptability of gas appliances to SNG was estimated by comparing the SNG with 12 T natural gas on the safety, thermal performance and the emissions at extreme pressure conditions in the testing on the gas cooker,water heater and gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler. The results showed that the SNG could meet the requirements of current natural gas related standards and the provisions of the gas interchangeable, and the combustion performance, thermal performance and emissions for all appliances were good, which indicated that SNG was applicable to all gas appliances and could be used directly in city gas domain.
