摘要
利用对高校教师隐性知识转移的调查,分析了高校教师隐性知识转移的现状及其影响因素。分析表明,在隐性知识转移对象方面,工作年限越长、职称越高、学位越高的教师,其隐性知识转移对象越倾向于学生;在隐性知识转移动机方面,担任领导职务者转移隐性知识更倾向于出于他人尊重的需要;在隐性知识的转移效果方面,不同工作年限的教师在相关问题的回答上具有显著差别。
Based on the survey, this paper analyses the status quo of tacit knowledge transferring in uni-versity teachers as well as the influence factors. It concludes, the longer years of service, and the higherof the rank as well as degree the teachers are, the more the teachers tend to transfer their tacit knowledgeto students; we also find teachers who holding leadingposition transfer tacit knowledge for other' s re-specting ; in the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transferring, only the teachers who have different workingyears show significant differences in the related questions.
