摘要
河流结冰产生的冰凌对建筑物的膨胀压力及流冰对建筑物的撞击力,都因超过建筑物本身的强度而发生破坏。同时,冰凌也会给河道引水造成困难。常见的现象是河道因结冰而使流速减缓,流量降低,影响过水能力,甚至河道被冰塞堵塞,而断绝水流。该文从拦冰索选址、布设、作用、观测与分析几个方面入手,对在冬季引黄输水中的应用进行了分析。
The river ice flood has the swelling press.ure and impact force on the buildings, it will destroyed the structure when the pressure and impact force more than the strength of the building itself. Due to the river freezing, the current speed fell and flow rate decreased, influence the discharge capacity, even the river ice jams and cut off the flow. This pa- per analyzes the application of ice-block cable in the water diversion from Yellow River in winter respectively from the as- pects of location, layout, function, observation and analysis.
