摘要
推进煤矿企业兼并、重组、整合是实现我国煤炭工业可持续发展的重要举措,然而在煤矿整合建设项目中对于环境问题的重视程度不够,导致煤矿整合建设过程中水土流失现象严重的矛盾较为突出,以某煤矿重组整合建设项目为例,对矿区的水土流失预测做了详细分析,认为该项目取水合理可行。
Promote the coal mine enterprise m＆a integration is an important measures to realize the sustainable develop- ment of coal industry in our country. In this paper, the author in a restructuring integration of coal mine construction pro- ject as an example, soil erosion prediction made a careful analysis of the mining area.
