摘要
社会心态是微观层面衡量领导干部政治自信的重要维度。通过分析领导干部群体的社会心态来研究其政治自信已变得日益迫切。实证分析发现:领导干部的组织归属感、职业认同感、工作成就感和主观幸福感还有待进一步强化。如何有效优化领导干部的社会心态是当前摆在政府面前的重要任务,其重点在于提高领导干部的满意度。只有坚持因时制宜、因地制宜和因人制宜,才能够更为有效地优化领导干部的社会心态。
Social mentality is an important dimension to measure leading cadres ’ political self-confidence from micro level, and it has become increasingly urgent to research on leading cadres ’ political self-confidence through the analysis of leading cadres ’ social mentality. The empirical study shows that, leading cadres, organization belonging, professional identity, job satisfaction and subjective well-being remain to be further improved. How to optimize leading cadres, social mentality effectively is an important task facing the government, and the key work is to improve leading cadres ’ satisfaction. In order to optimize leading cadres, social mentality effectively, we must intend to treat in accordance with time, local conditions and individuality.
