Probe into Social Fairness by Governing of the Communist Party of China

党的十八大提出"公平正义是中国特色社会主义的内在要求"。这一论断从一定意义上表明,中国共产党探索中国特色社会主义道路的历史,就是马克思主义社会公平观在中国实践和发展的历史。中国共产党执政以来从构建实现社会公平的社会基本制度,提出实现社会公平的基本途径和根本目标;到拓宽实现社会公平的路径,健全实现社会公平的制度;到立足于科学发展,着眼于制度完善和创新,强调在构建和谐社会中推进社会公平;再到突出保障和改善民生,在深化改革中更加注重社会公平等方面进行接力探索。认真梳理中国共产党执政以来对社会公平的探索与实践,对新形势下进一步加强和谐社会的建设不无裨益。

The 18th CPC puts forward “Fairness and justice is the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics”, which suggests road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the history of Marxism social justice view in the practice and develop-ment in China. Since the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China has been probing into social fairness from building the basic system of realizing the social fairness and putting forward the way to realize social justice to broaden the path of realizing the social fairness and perfecting the security system of realizing the social fairness, based on scientific development, to focus on system consum-mation and the innovation and emphasize in the construction of a harmonious society to promote social justice, and thus safeguarding and improving people’s livelihood as well as paying more attention to deepening reform of social fairness. Review the theory and practice, it is very vital for us to construct a harmonious society under the new situation.
