盐酸左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Combined with Metronidazole

目的:探讨和分析盐酸左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察。方法:将本院2012年12月-2013年12月收治的盆腔炎患者,随机抽取74例作为本次研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者37例,采用甲硝唑注射液对其进行治疗,观察组患者在采用甲硝唑注射液的基础上联合盐酸左氧氟沙星对其进行治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果:观察组的治愈率与总有效率分别为70.27%(26例)、94.59%(35例),明显高于对照组37.83%(14例)、70.27%(26例);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为5.40%(2例),明显低于对照组的24.32%(9例),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸左氧氟沙星联合甲硝唑对盆腔炎患者进行治疗,效果显著,且不良反应较少,得到了患者的一致好评,值得在临床上进行推广并应用。

Objective： To discuss and analyze the curative effect of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with metronidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease observation.Method： In our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 December during the pelvic inflammatory disease patients, randomly selected 74 patients as the research objects, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group （37 cases in each group）, the control group accepted Metronidazole Injection treatment, the observation group based on the Metronidazole Injection combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride carries on the treatment, after treatment, to compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Result： The cure rate of the observation group and the total effective rate was 70.27% （26 cases）, 94.59% （35 cases）, which was significantly higher than 37.83% （14 cases）, 70.27% （26 cases） of the control group; adverse reaction of the observation group was 5.40% （2 cases）, which was significantly lower than 24.32% （9 cases） of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of pelvic inflammation patients is treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with metronidazole, obvious effect, and less adverse reactions, got favorable comments from patients, is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
