社区护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

Community Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:评价对脑卒中患者实施社区护理干预的效果,以推动社区护理工作,提高社区居民对社区护理工作的认可度。方法:对社区确诊的脑卒中患者84例实施持续的社区护理干预。干预内容主要为健康教育、饮食指导、心理指导、运动指导、用药指导、生活指导等。结果:社区护理干预进行10个月,脑卒中患者对疾病的相关知识知晓率明显提高,由原来的干预前为23.8%,提高到干预后的85.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者干预后,患者遵医用药、合理运动、戒烟限酒情况明显好转,与干预前比较,遵守率明显提高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区护理干预可促进脑卒中患者身体机能的恢复,预防疾病的复发及加重病情,提高防治效果。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of the implementation of community nursing intervention in patients with cerebral apoplexy, promote the community nursing work, improve the recognition of community residents for community nursing work.Method： 84 patients with cerebral apoplexy accepted community nursing intervention, including health education, diet guidance, psychology guidance, exercise guidance, medication guide, life guidance.Result： After 10 months community nursing intervention, patients’ awareness rate of related disease knowledge increased obviously, from 23.8% to 85.7%. And, according to the medical, reasonable movement, quit alcohol limit took a turn for the better, with significant difference compared before community nursing intervention.Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can promote physical recovery, prevent disease recurrence, improve treatment effect.
