摘要
首先通过大型土工槽内的地埋管线试验研究,从管线底部砂土的开挖扩洞入手对管线的变形及应变进行测试与分析,模拟了现实中地面塌陷对地埋管线的影响;其次,利用三维有限元模型进行了非线性仿真分析,计算中考虑了扩洞时逐渐杀死相应土体单元的过程,得出的管线位移及应变结果与试验数据吻合良好,该方法为地面塌陷的后果预测与预防提供新的分析途径。
In this paper,based on the experimental results of Geotechnical Slot,the deformation and internal forces of the buried pipeline during ground collapse have been analysed. During the Geotechnical Slot experiment,the subgrade soil under the pipeline was excavated to simulate the soil collapse. Furthermore, with the three-dimensional finite element model the nonlinear analysis was performed to probe the bearing behavior of the undergroud pileline, and the soil model was executed by Gradual Killed Method in ANSYS software during the FEM calculation. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data about pipeline displacement and strain. The research method can provide a new analytical approach for the prediction and prevention of the consequences of the ground collapse.
