摘要
在一定的可供水量、生活水平、用水效率的约束下,建立了水资源承载力量化计算模型。并以山西为例,以11个市为单元,在需水、供水预测的基础上,研究通过大水网建设山西省水资源可以承载的人口数量、经济规模。通过设置4种方案,分析了大水网建设对山西省水资源承载能力的影响,为山西社会经济与生态环境的和谐发展提供科学依据。
Under constraint of the quantity of water supply, the standard of living, and the level of water use efficiency, a model quantifying water resources carrying capacity was estab- lished. Shanxi province was chosen for case study, the maximum population and economic scale that water resource could support were studied on the basis of Shanxi water network construction for 11 municipal units. The influence of water network construction on water resources carrying capacity was also analyzed to provide a scientific basis for the harmonious development of socioe-conomic and ecological environment in Shanxi province.
