摘要
利用工业生产4-氨基二苯胺过程中产生废料吩嗪混合物,采用熔融结晶分离、固-液萃取、重结晶、升华、精馏等方法,将其中的吩嗪分离提取出来,使其纯度达到99.8%以上,其余物质经处理后返回生产系统利用。研究了4-氨基二苯胺废料处理及提纯吩嗪的方法以及优化的工艺条件。该研究能够减少"三废"污染,提升废物利用价值,降低吩嗪的成本。
Phenazine with high purity above 99.5% was separated from waste of industrial production of 4 - amino diphenylamine by using solid - liquid separation, solvent extraction, reclystallization, sublimation and distillation. The rest of the waste material after processing were return to production system. Waste treatment of 4 - amino diphenylamine, purification method of phenazine and optimum technological conditions were studied in this paper. This research work will reduce wastes pollution, improve waste utilization value and reduce production cost.
