摘要
以淀粉与聚乙烯醇(PVA)的共混材料为基材,复合肥料(尿素)及保水剂制备复合肥料,主要研究了保水剂对复合肥料力学性能、加工性能、降解性能及吸水性能的影响。结果显示:随着保水剂含量的增加,材料的断裂伸长率增加,拉伸强度先增加后减小,流变性能变差,降解速率减缓,吸水率增加,可达到自身重量的几百倍。
Using starch and PVA as base material, compound fertilizer (urea) and water - retaining agent to prepare compound fertilizer. Mainly studied the effects of water - retaining agent on mechanical properties, processing performance, degradation performance and water absorption performance of the compound fertilizer. The results showed that: with the water- retaining agent content increasing, the elongation of material increased, tensile strength increased first and then decreased, the properties of theological became worse, degradation rate decreased, the increased water absorption of materials, which can reach hundreds of times of its own weight.
