研究复方杜仲胶囊中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对复方杜仲胶囊中绿原酸提取时的提取溶剂、方法、时间和次数进行了优选。以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6×150 mm,5-Micron)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9:91)为流动相;柱温:30℃;检测波长:327 nm;流速:0.8 m L/min,采用面积外标法。复方杜仲胶囊中绿原酸用体积分数为50%甲醇水溶液超声30min最佳。线性范围为0.023~4.623mg,平均回收率为100.57%,RSD=1.87%(n=6)。本法简便、灵敏、重现性好,可用于测定杜仲中绿原酸的含量。

Compound eucommia capsule chlorogenic acid with a volume fraction of 50% methanol aqueous solution ultrasonic 30rain. The linear range of 0.023 4.623mg, the average recovery rate is 100.57%, RSD = 1.87% （n = 6）. The method is simple, sensitive, good reproducibility and can be used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in eucommia.
