摘要
城市隧道掘进工程中对爆破振动的控制要求日益严格,因导爆管雷管的固有延期时间存在误差且延期间隔受到限制,不同段别爆破孔的延期时间都有可能重叠,从而增强了爆破振动。在同等地质条件、装药量与钻孔条件下,与导爆管雷管相比较,电子雷管通过精确控制延期时间,能够实现高精度的微差爆破,通过错峰减振机理达到微差爆破降振的目的。经爆破振动测试与分析,与导爆管雷管相比,电子雷管有效降振30%~60%。
The control of the urban tunneling engineering blasting to reduce vibration is more and more strict. The inherent delay time of nonel detonators exist error and delay interval is limited, so different period of delay time may overlap to enhance the blasting vibration. Compared with nonel detonators, in the same geological conditions, dosage and drilling conditions, the electronic detonator can achieve high - precision millisecond blasting by preeise controlling the delay time and staggering damping mechanism to achieve the objective of millisecond blasting vibration reduction. After the blasting vibration test and analysis, electronic detonators effectively reduce vibration 30% ~ 60%, compared with the nonel detonator.
